NEW YORK — Looking for a scary-good Broadway ticket deal? Paranormal Activity begins previews this Friday, August 14, 2026, at the August Wilson Theatre. Moreover, the new play will offer several ways to score $40 tickets during its limited 20-week Broadway engagement.
Written by Levi Holloway (Grey House) and directed by Felix Barrett (Sleep No More), the Olivier Award-nominated play brings the blockbuster horror franchise to the stage with an original story.
How to Get $40 rush and lottery tickets
First, the August Wilson Theatre box office will sell a limited number of $40 in-person rush tickets on the day of each performance. Each person can buy up to two tickets.
Meanwhile, TodayTix will offer $40 digital rush tickets beginning at 9 a.m. on the morning of each performance. The tickets will sell on a first-come, first-served basis.
In addition, Lucky Seat will offer a digital lottery with $40 tickets. Participants can enter through LuckySeat.com. All rush and lottery tickets remain subject to availability, and some seats may offer a partial view.
